The Story

One forest.
A thousand little surprises.

Barnaby lives where the pines grow tall and the mushrooms glow after rain. He is not a brave moose. He is not a fast moose. He is a curious one — and in these woods, curiosity is the only tool you really need.

Every story begins the same gentle way: something small and strange appears. A humming box in the ferns. A feather that lands on the tip of his enormous nose. A trail of soft light disappearing into a tunnel. Barnaby leans in — nose first, always nose first — and the forest answers.

Nothing here is scary for long. Whatever pops out becomes a friend, a game, or a very silly chase, and every adventure ends the way it started: a warm sweater, quiet trees, and a moose already wondering what is behind the next one.

“If you can't see what's inside, you have to put your nose in.”

— Barnaby's entire life philosophy

The Cast

Meet the cast

One very round moose, one very small ball of light, and a forest that keeps handing them things to worry about.

Barnaby

He was knitted into that sweater, as far as anyone can tell — no one has ever seen him without it. He talks less than he sniffs, celebrates absolutely everything, and treats a closed lid as a personal invitation.

Species
Moose. A remarkably round one.
The nose
Enormous, black, glossy. Enters every room before he does.
Antlers
Small. He is still very proud of them.
Signature move
Two hops, then one spin. Performed after any success, however minor.
Favourite sound
The pop of a lid coming loose.
Weakness
Feathers. One landing on his nose ends the whole scene.
